Ethel Davis is Liberia’s Ambassador to Germany. She also serves as ambassador to Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Austria and Finland. The good news is that she is making strides to help improve the Liberian economy.
Her effort led to the business visit of the Honorary Consul, Michael Kolsch and a delegation of 12 German investors, who held series of meetings with several government agencies; including the Liberia Energy Corporation (LEC), the Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA), Ministry of Planning and Economic Affairs, Ministry of Lands Mines and Energy, as well as the Ministries of Public Works, Post and Telecommunication, and Health.
During her career, she served as Consultant, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Deputy Governor, Central Bank of Liberia; Human Resources Manager, Central Bank of Liberia; Alternate Executive Director and Adviser to the Executive Director, African Development Bank; General Manager, Agricultural & Cooperative Development Bank; Manager and Assistant Manager for Administration, Agricultural & Cooperative Development Bank.
Ms. Davis holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Liberia.
